Welcome to the website for the development proposals put forward by Grand Union Housing Group (GUHG), for land to the west of Newport Pagnell.
We are seeking to obtain planning permission for the development of the land north of Little Linford Lane, this, in turn, will help deliver much-needed market and affordable housing to meet the ongoing need in Milton Keynes.

With this in mind, we are holding a local engagement event for stakeholders and residents to review and discuss our proposals and to give feedback.
